The 10% discount is available online only. It is applied to the basic premium when you buy a new car insurance policy. It is not available on optional extras and minimum premiums apply. The discount will be automatically applied to your quote. The discount can be withdrawn at any time and is provided by ERS.

Yes. Our NARPO car insurance can be purchased both online or on the phone. If you want to buy online, simply click on the ‘Get a quote’ button. If you want to speak to one of our specialist Liverpool-based NARPO team members call 0151 242 7645.

You can pay your premiums monthly by Direct Debit if you want to. Unlike many other insurers, we won't charge you extra on top of your normal yearly premium.

If you need to make a change, such as a change of car or requiring a new level of cover, just call our UK-based helpline and we'll be happy to help. If there’s a change in your premium, we'll let you know.

Please note, if you cancel your cover and haven't made a claim, we will refund the proportional (pro-rata) amount of the premium which applies to the remaining period of insurance, less a minimum premium of £28 (including insurance premium tax) where applicable.

Cover will be provided for anyone named on the Certificate of Motor Insurance to drive your car, as long as they’re driving the car with your permission.

Yes, if you have a child car seat in your car and your car is involved in an accident that results in impact damage to your car, the child seat will be replaced with a new one of the same quality, even if it doesn’t appear to be damaged.

Accidental damage is covered on comprehensive policies. This covers you for damage to your car as well as the third party's vehicle after an accident.

No, factory fitted options are not classed as modifications. A modification is anything made after the car leaves the factory that alters the standard specification or the appearance of the car. The fittings should be declared as part of the overall value of the vehicle.
